I wrote a post a few days ago sharing with you all my latest grabs on a shopping trip with my friend Dodi from Dodista. So heres my second part of the story with the details of my purchases from Primark.
These three statement necklaces cost me a total of £8 and are perfect for finishing off a pretty knit jumper and giving it a more fashion forward and edgy look.
This pleated jersey maxi skirt was only £12, i have a few similar skirts from Topshop and Newlook and knew that this would go with a whole combination of outfits throughout the rest of winter spring and whatever kind of summer we get here in Scotland.
This is my absolute favourite purchase of the evening and for a while, this skirt cost me £1 but that is not why i was so happy. I have been on the hunt for a yellow skirt like this one since seeing a mood board on polyvore and trying to create one similar. Unfortunately, the skirt used in the original moodboard was from Topshop and sold out almost immediately and I could not find one similar anywhere. So since writing the Little Miss Happy post I have been on the look out for a cute yellow skirt and was absolutely delighted when i seen this in the Topshop sale its going to go perfectly with the blue shirt I bought whilst in Milan and wrote about here.
I couldn't resist this cute little multi-coloured skater skirt either at only £12 who could?
I cannot wait for spring and its flurry of bright and bold colours it forces upon on us, so I did go shopping with the intention of investing in some colourful pieces to brighten my wardrobe up ready for spring. I think bright knits are the perfect way to do this as I can get away with not wearing a coat or jacket when the weather begins to change from freezing to just above freezing! (I'm a little peeved as mother nature abandoned us in Scotland long ago!)
I also grabbed these super cute little tan leather cut out pumps, at only £8 I couldn't help myself.
My final grab in Primark just before the check out is always a packet of strawbs for my boyfriend jordan, its becoming a bit of a Primark tradition for me to always get him a packet of Haribo (his fave) when shopping.
Whilst popping into Superdrug I picked up another little bargain from MUA, this gorgeous lipstick in shade no 16 was only £1.
Dodi and I couldn't resist grabbing some dinner whilst in the shopping centre, we had lost track of time so went to Prezzo for some dinner. I have been to prezzo a lot of times as there is a franchise in the shopping centre Silverburn where I work. However I have never really been sensible with what I eat when visiting Prezzo, I was this time though i got their light chicken and chilli zafferano, which was amazing, came with a side salad and contained only 633 calories.

lovely!
